HSGM is in an office complex to your left, between Smart Cube Storage and Spartanburg Community College/Middle Tyger Campus. From Spartanburg, SC and points North: Take I85 south to Hwy. 290 (exit 63). Turn left (east) on Hwy. 290 and travel 2.3 miles. (see above) If you get to River Falls Golf Course or Ingles grocery store, you went too far.
