HSGM HSG-0 Heat Cutter w/ Polyamid Housing: Hand-operated heat cutting tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only. Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic material to prevent fraying and unraveling. Such as synthetic fabric, fiber, cords, ropes, webbing, and belting.

The polyamid housing is stronger in a chemical environment and is not as easily cracked when dropped.

HSGM HSG-0 Heat Cutter with Polyamid Housing and Kevlar Cord: This is a customer driven product that derived from a customer having problems with their operators cutting the cords to often while using the regular HSG-0 heat cutter. So to solve a customer's problem, our parent company started offering the HSG-0 w/Polyamid Housing and a Kevlar covering on the cord to keep users from cutting the cords. This is a hand-operated heat cutting tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only. Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic material to prevent fraying and unraveling. Such as synthetic fabric, fiber, cords, ropes, webbing, and belting.

HSGM HSG-0 w/Spiral Cord Heat Cutter - Cord extends 25 ft+/- - Hand-operated heat cutting tool to cut small quantities, recommended for short-time operation only. Suitable to cut and seal the edges of synthetic material to prevent fraying and unraveling. Such as synthetic fabric, fiber, cords, ropes, webbing, and belting.

Customer driven product: Comes with 10 ft. spiral cable (without plug) which stretches to approx. 25 ft. Customer's like to add their own locking plugs and it is excellent for areas where the heat cutter has to be shared between workstations.

HSG-1-VW Heat Cutter - Small unit with temperature control, suitable for a more continuous cutting operation. It is designed to cut & seal synthetic fabric, cords, ropes, webbing, and belts. The HSG-1-VW is the first step up from an HSG-0 unit for a more continuous use manual operation. The 160 watt transformer for this unit is installed in the unit box that sits on a table, making the handle lighter. On the unit box you have an on/off switch and a dial to control the heat of the blade after the trigger is pressed. This unit comes standard with a 2 meter (6.56 ft.) cable running from the unit box to the Type M handle where the blade is installed. Install your preferred blade into the Type M handle, plug in the power cord into a 110 volt outlet, set the dial to the recommended setting for your particular blade listed in the owner’s manual, turn on the unit with the on/off switch and you're ready to cut and seal synthetic fabric/rope/webbing in a production atmosphere.

This unit has a stand-by temperature, the blade is pre-heated when the unit is turn on, therefore allowing quicker operation. It is designed to cut & seal synthetic fabric, cords, ropes, webbing, and belts.

The HSG-03-VW with its 250 watts is our mid-range unit for a manual production application where continuous longer and thicker material cuts are made. The more wattage in a unit helps keep the blade temperature more consistent during cuts with less cooling of the blade. The 250 watt transformer for this unit is installed in the unit box that sits on a table, making the handle lighter than our popular HSG-0. On the unit box you have an on/off switch and a dial to control the heat of the blade after the trigger is pressed. This unit comes standard with a 2 meter (6.56 ft.) cable running from the unit box to the Type M handle where the blade is installed. HSG-7-VW Heat Cutter (110V/700W) - Unit for more continous cutting of heavy duty thick ropes and webbing. Suitable to remove waste(threads) from beams and bobbins. Has stand-by temperature and infinitely variable working temperature.Two types of blades are available, straight-edge or curved edge.

HSG-00 Heat Cutter - Smallest unit with fixed blade for continuous quick, clean cutting and sealing of very fine cords, ropes, and webbing.

H/145 Terminal Stone - This part is for the do-it-yourselfer that wants a fairly simple way to mount a blade on a machine or some other creative project. This terminal stone would replace the Type M handle on our larger units and it has two holes in the high temperature plastic for mounting. The cables connect in one side and the blade is installed on the other. Even though this is a simple way to have a slitting device, we do not guarantee a satisfactory cut/seal because no testing and engineering has been considered from HSGM. When one orders custom blades, blade holders, and a power source from HSGM for a machine, testing and experience is a major factor when recommending the correct custom equipment for ones specific synthetic material. Plus it voids the unit warranty when one modifies any part of the unit.

HSG-00-VW Table Top - This unit is similar to the HSG-00, but with a wider blade; this unit has an infinitely variable temperature control dial to control the heat of the blade. Ideal for cutting and sealing synthetic ropes, webbing and cords.

HSG-4-VW - Unit suitable for more continuous operation, with fixed blade and infinitely variable temperature control dial for a variety of cutting operations. Designed to cut and seal heavy duty ropes and webbing.

HSG-4-VW-mA w/Exhaust Fan - 500-Watt Unit suitable for more continuous operation, with fixed blade and infinitely variable temperature control dial for a variety of cutting operations. Designed to cut and seal heavy duty ropes and webbing. Comes with extraction fan to absorb fumes, which may develop during the working process, so they can be rerouted out of the work area.

HSGM HSO-N Blade - Cutting blade to cut fabric. This is one of our better blades for cutting curves in fabric. 9mm heated cutting area which comes to a point. The HSO-N blade is very good for cutting where a precise touch is needed.  

HSGM Type R blade - This is the original OEM Type R blade crafted by HSGM GmbH. This is a good general use blade for synthetic fabrics, webbing and ropes up to 17mm diameter. Excellent for cutting straight lines of synthetic fabrics.  a.k.a. 100R blade.

HSGM Type S Heat Cutter Blade - This blade is designed to be used with the Cutting Shackle (H/610), seen in our HSG-0 parts website section, for HSG-0 only. With the Type S blade combine with the cutting shackle, one can cut synthetic ropes and cords off of a coil or one handed with ease. The cutting shackle is sold separately.

HSGM Type S-K Heat Cutter Blade - This blade is designed to be used with the Cutting Shackle (H/610), seen in our HSG-0 parts website section, for HSG-0 only. With the Type S blade combine with the cutting shackle, one can cut synthetic ropes and cords off of a coil or one handed with ease. The cutting shackle is sold separately.                 

HSGM Form 2 Heat Cutter Blade - This is an excellent blade for doing one shot guillotine cuts on webbing, ropes and cords. Just lay your material down on your cutting surface, then come straight down onto the material to achieve a precise cut and seal in one motion. a.k.a. F2 blade. 

HSGM Form 3 Heat Cutter Blade - This is a very good blade for cutting narrow widths and diameters of webbing, cords and ropes. It is also a good blade for reaching in the tight corners of bobbins.

TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK HSGM Type C 35mm Heat Cutter Blade - This is a good blade for cutting thick low density filter material and certain foams. Excellent for hard-to-reach areas. 

HSGM Type C blade - 60mm Heat Cutter Blade - This is a good blade for cutting thick low density filter material and certain foams. Excellent for hard to reach areas. 

HSGM Type H Sealing Element for Heat Cutter - This is one of the only elements that HSGM produces that is not designed to cut material. The Type H Sealing Element is designed to run down the edge of material to seal the edge only. It is mainly for material that has the correct measurements, but the edges need to be sealed so they will not fray.
